| Short description |
Plasma proteome analysis |
| Experimental description |
Plasma was depleted first with the top 12 abundance proteins and then the rest of proteins were separated with multi-lectin affinity column to have two pools (bound and unbound). Each pool was digested with trypsin with reduction and alkylation. The digested peptides were analyzed by LC-MS. This dataset represents unbound pool. |
