| Experimental description |
Bone marrow stromal cells from normal individuals and leukemia patients were culture-expanded; total proteins were extracted; they were reduced, and alkylated with acrylamide; digested with trypsin; and labeled with iTRAQ reagents, followed by protein identification and relative quantification using 2-D LC MS/MS. |
